This is a unique opportunity to work with the business owners directly and help to build the business while also functioning in other roles related to operations and staffing.
You will be responsible for correspondence with vendors and suppliers, RMAs, shift scheduling, fulfillment P.O. entries, filing, spreadsheets, updating policy documents, inventory audits, regulatory reporting and compliance issues, communication with contractors, display management, supplies management, cash counts, budget tracking, product procurement, fill in on the sales floor and other tasks.
We prefer you have excellent communication skills, positive energy and a willingness to learn, train others, and achieve results. Organization, initiative and attention to detail a must.
We are looking for someone with an administrative background that illustrates competency in the areas described above.
Previous experience in the cannabis industry not necessary
Book Keeping a plus but not necessary, Experience in the Hospitality Industry a plus
