Capsules, oils, and tinctures are concentrated forms of THC, CBD, or minor cannabinoids to be consumed orally.

Capsules are pre-dosed oil filled gel capsules. The highest dose of THC you’ll find per capsule is 10mg, same as edibles. However, you can find higher doses of CBD (<50mg/per cap). Oils and tinctures most commonly come in 30ml bottles with a 1ml syringe. Although, you have to dose out your desired amount, this gives you the freedom of taking different doses per day. Oils are often olive oil or MCT (coconut/palm kernel derived) oil based. Tinctures would be alcohol based.
THC oils can get as strong as 30mg per 1ml. CBD and other minor cannabinoid oils are available in low and high doses (100mg+). Dispense the oil underneath your tongue and hold it there for 15 or so seconds then swallow.
