Our vehicles have no logos or advertisements on them.
Our delivery personnel do not wear uniforms with logos or advertisements.
You can expect a polite and professional appearance at your door.

Ways to Order:  You can call your order in at (604) 454-0221 or enter your order online at mysunrise.ca (https://mysunrise.ca/our-menu/)

Delivery Times:  1:00pm – 5:00pm (Same Day Delivery Cutoff at 3pm)

Prefered Delivery Time:  Please include your preferred delivery time in the notes and we will try to accommodate

Order Confirmation:  Once you’ve completed your order you will receive a quick phone call to confirm the details of your order and we can give you an estimated delivery window

Payment:  We only accept payment via Debit or Credit Card upon delivery, our drivers do not carry cash.

Identification:  Please have a government issued photo identification and a secondary piece of identification available for the driver upon arrival

Orders are processed everyday during store hours (9am-3pm). Same day delivery must be placed before 3pm. Anything ordered after 3pm will be scheduled for the next day between 1pm-5pm

From the time your order is placed, we aim to have it in your possession within 30 minutes to 2 hours but it’s possible due to high traffic it may take a bit longer. Each order placed will receive a phone call from the driver offering a more accurate time of arrival.

You may receive a text or call from our driver when he/she is in route to your location.
